Kitchen Essentials
Coleman Camp Propane Grill/Stove   This stove is amazing. We loved having the ability to grill meat, veggies and bread and the stove was just large enough for a medium size pot. It was also incredibly fuel efficient and easy to clean.
AeroPress Coffee Maker   Easy to use and easy to clean, but best of all it makes GREAT tasting coffee.
GSI Outdoors – Javamill, Coffee Grinder   There is nothing better than fresh ground coffee in the morning and this Javamill gets the job done. It’s easy to clean and has different settings from coarse to fine grinds.
Good Grips 3-Piece Bowl and Colander Set   We had this set in Denver and had no plans to bring it on our trip, but we’re so glad we did because we used it almost every day.

Kitchen Essentials
Victorinox 10 Inch Rosewood Chef’s Knife   This is a must have for ANY kitchen. We used this knife daily. Our only regret was not bringing a sharpener, but luckily we ran into other travelers who had one. The quality steel with this knife will stay sharper longer.
Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil (130 Square Foot Roll)   You can never have enough tin foil! We didn’t bring a grill brush so the tin foil came in really handy to scrape food off of the grate.
Jumbo-Tainer 7 Gallon Water Container   This was a perfect size for us. We did have to fix the valve on it to keep it from leaking, but we didn’t have any issues after that. We used this container for drinking and cooking water. We ended up buying a 5 gallon jug for “camp water” or tap water, which we used to wash dishes. It was also nice because we could refill with 5 gallons before we were empty.
